Rebates and Incentives
The following are a list of rebates, incentives or grants available for propane-powered vehicles in Canada.
Ontario
- Green Commercial Vehicle Program (GCVP) - the GCVP will reimburse up to one-third of the incremental capital cost of eligible commercial Class 3-7 dedicated alternative fuel vehicles. The maximum grant for propane vehicles is $2,000.

- Retail Sales Tax (RST) Rebate – on the purchase or lease of a new or used propane-fuelled vehicle, or for the cost of the conversion kit and labour. This includes both dual-fuel and dedicated fuel systems. $750 maximum rebate for passenger vehicles; no limit for buses.
- Tax for Fuel Conservation (TFFC) Rebate – on the purchase or lease of a propane-powered vehicle, or for the conversion kit. This rebate applies to dedicated fuel systems only.
