Service Charges and Taxes
All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 13% HST, 2% Destination Marketing Fee. Taxes may change without notice.

Pre-and Post - Conference Rates
The Westin Nova Scotian will be happy to extend a pre and post conference rate, three (3) days prior and three (3) days after, at the above stated rates, based on single or double occupancy. This rate is based on space availability and the European Plan (no meals).

Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.

Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Parking
The current Westin Nova Scotian self-parking charge is $15.00 per vehicle, per day based on availability. The rate will be confirmed prior to the actual event.
